We were invited to propose a technological solution that could meet the needs and business requirements presented, such as to manage and centralize information at the level of production and project management, information related to the commercial department, manage documents, contacts and assets transversally to all the remaining modules and allow it also from mobile apps. On the other hand, in addition to maintaining and centralizing the assets and functionalities related to the relationship management between the group / companies, clients and employees, including history for at least 5 years, it was imposed that the technological solution also supplies, according to the generated data, the proper performance and decision-taking indicators to the administrative departments.

The base technology chosen was vTiger, including customized code to make it fit the reality of the group and the presented requirements, while allowing (by architecture) the necessary updates (guaranteed by the open-source community) and therefore reducing the technologies maintenance costs.
